What you'll do:
As a Niagara Developer III, under supervision from Senior members, is responsible for programming, assisting in commissioning, and troubleshooting Building Control and Facility Management Systems per plans and specifications. Provides detailed information to communicate design to Engineering teams, field installation team and subcontractors. Serves as the technical resource for installation team. You will also be responsible for working directly with the Field Support Technicians, installers and performing assistive programming, documenting, training and maintaining systems involving networks, system integration, open technologies, software based interfaces, HVAC controls, and other facility/infrastructure management systems. Experience with systems that involve advanced solutions such as Tridium, Echelon products, BACnet, Lonmark, Modbus and other open technologies for building automation/integration solutions is necessary. You will be expected to be able to work with programs, graphical user interfaces, commission building automation systems, and support a wide range of software, and subsystems from simple to complex in nature which includes sub-metering.
